TUITION POLICIES
Monthly Tuition Structure
KO Approach Dance Program operates on a monthly membership model. Tuition is not calculated by the number of classes in a specific month. Some months may include more or fewer training sessions due to calendar variations, holidays, or scheduled breaks. Over the course of the year, training time balances out evenly. Monthly tuition reserves a dancer’s spot in the program, coaching availability, and long-term development plan.
WHAT ABOUT HOLIDAYS / MISSED CLASSES
Tuition reserves dancer’s spot and coaching time in the program.
Classes missed due to personal reasons are considered part of the membership, as we plan and progress the training for all students across the month and year.

SUPPORT FOR MISSED CLASSES
While standard make-ups are not offered, we provide alternatives to maintain progress:

Video Feedback / Lesson Recap – Students receive notes or a short video overview of the missed class.

Private Coaching Session – Available at a premium rate for students who want to review missed skills.

Quarterly Review / Skill Adjustment – Opportunity to focus on technique or choreography in a structured session with a coach.
AUTOPAY
Enrollment for our classes is based on a monthly payment system. Tuition is automatically charged on the 25th of each month using the payment method you provide — such as a debit card, credit card, or other accepted payment options. This ensures your spot in class is reserved and your enrollment continues without interruption.. (For example: Tuition for August will be due on July 25th.) We accept cash or check prior to the 23rd of the month. If we do not receive a payment before tuition is due, your card on file will be charged through our automatic system.
LATE FEE
Any declined cards or returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee.
If you enroll in the middle of the month, we will prorate your tuition for that month.
Any cancellations made after payment has been processed will result in a $35 fee.
Tuition payments will be given a 10-day grace period. If a payment is not made within 10 days of its due date a $20 late fee will be charged to your account.

KO Approach Dance does not issue any refunds. All sales are final. Please do not ask to be the exception.
CANCELATION
If you wish to drop a class from your schedule (or all classes completely), you must notify us 10-14 days prior last class. Your enrollment continues until this notice is completed. There are no refunds given.
