ENROLLMENT POLICIES

 

TUITION POLICIES 

Our tuition is based on an average number of open days per month. Some months are longer than others due to the calendar and holiday closures. We charge the same dollar amount per month regardless of the exact number of days we are open. Throughout the year, the number of classes received will balance out.

AUTOPAY


Enrollment for our classes is based on a monthly payment system. Tuition is automatically charged on the 26th of each month using the payment method you provide — such as a debit card, credit card, or other accepted payment options. This ensures your spot in class is reserved and your enrollment continues without interruption.. (For example: Tuition for August will be due on July 26th.)

 

We accept cash or check prior to the 23rd of the month. If we do not receive a payment before tuition is due, your card on file will be charged through our automatic system. 

Any declined cards or returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee.

If you enroll in the middle of the month, we will prorate your tuition for that month.

Any cancellations made after payment has been processed will result in a $35 fee.

CLASS COVERAGE & MISSED CLASSES

Each month includes approximately four weeks of classes. If you miss a class, you have the option to make it up by attending another open group class offered at the studio within that same month. If no suitable class is available, you may also schedule a private session with your instructor to cover the missed material within the same month.

Please note that missed classes are non-refundable due to sickness or personal scheduling conflicts. However, we always encourage students to take advantage of the available make-up options to ensure consistent progress and a complete learning experience

 

LATE FEE


Tuition payments will be given a 10-day grace period. If a payment is not made within 10 days of its due date a $20 late fee will be charged to your account.

 

RETURNED CHECK FEE
 There will be a $25 fee charged for any returned checks.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
 Credit cards are welcome: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Ex

KO Approach Dance does not issue any refunds. All sales are final. Please do not ask to be the exception. 

CANCELATION

If you wish to drop a class from your schedule (or all classes completely), you must notify us 10-14 days prior last class. Your enrollment continues until this notice is completed. There are no refunds given.
